We do not guarantee financial performance, marketing outcomes, or business results.
All services are governed by written agreements outlining scope, duration, and fees.

We do not hold, receive, transmit, or manage funds on behalf of clients, nor do we process payments for third parties.
Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations and providing accurate and complete information.
All materials and deliverables remain the property of Starlink Ventures unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Starlink Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the client agreement.
Due to the nature of consulting services, fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Clients may cancel ongoing services with written notice (minimum 14 days unless otherwise specified). No refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is canceled prior to the start of work, a partial refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.
Clients agree to contact Starlink Ventures directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and may be subject to collection efforts where permitted by law.
